Membership of The National Autism Society of Malaysia (NASOM) is opened to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above who subscribes to the objectives and vision of the society. We welcome everyone eligible to be part of the society and enjoy various benefits offered by the society.
Please read through the membership type below before proceeding to apply.
Membership Type
1. Ordinary Member
Annual Subscription: RM 20.00 per annum
Any Malaysian citizen aged 18 years and above may apply to become an Ordinary Member of the Society. An Ordinary Member will have full voting rights at the Annual General Meeting or Extraordinary General Meeting.
2. Life Member
One time fee for life: RM 300.00 per person
Any distinguished individual or organization who has directly or indirectly contributed to the Society's aims and objectives and rendered outstanding professional or other service to the society may be elected by the Board as a Honorary Member. The Honorary Member shall have no voting rights in the Society.
3. Associate Members
Annual Subscription: RM 10.00 per annum
Open to all employees of the Society paying the prescribed annual subscription. This class of membership has no voting rights and are not allowed to hold office.
4. Affiliate Member - Individual
Annual Subscription: RM 100.00 per annum
Open to any Non-Malaysian who is interested in supporting the objectives and vision of the society. This class of membership has no voting rights and are not allowed to hold office.
5. Affiliate Member – Organisation
Annual Subscription: RM 200.00 per annum
Open to anybody corporate and voluntary organisation interested in supporting the objectives and vision of the society. This class of membership has no voting rights and is not allowed to hold office.
